Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our prints, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 4 days of the delivery date including photo evidence of the damage and packing materials and we will address your claim promptly. Please note that orders reported outside of the 4 days window or missing photographic evidence of the damage and packing materials, will not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.
